Our purpose-built cinema room gives residents at Osprey Court a cosy space to unwind and enjoy beloved films or discover new favourites on the big screen. Our cinema room is complete with surround sound for a truly cinematic experience, and its comfortable chairs and bright, crisp image allow residents to fully immerse themselves in the films they watch. Popcorn is also available to complete the in-house pictures experience.
Our broad film library includes everything from classic romances to epic westerns, so there’s something for everyone. Our dedicated Activity Coordinator ensures that the film selection is updated and expanded on a regular basis, ensuring that even our most frequent Cinema Room guests will find something new to enjoy. We ensure that no matter what genre(s) our residents choose, we have a film for them. The cinema room also welcomes visitors, including family and friends. We frequently host movie nights, allowing residents to unwind in our plush chairs with cinema snacks, creating a cosy and enjoyable atmosphere.

Osprey Court is an all-inclusive care home, which means that all of our residents are welcome to enjoy the cinema room. We also encourage residents to invite their relatives and loved ones to watch a film with them.
Our Activities Team ensure that there is a wide range of films on offer and so that residents always have something to enjoy. We encourage residents to let us know what they would like to see so we can add it to our film library. We also screen special televised events, such as sports and national celebrations, for everyone to enjoy.
