At Osprey Court Care Home, we understand the importance of our residents maintaining their independence whilst receiving Residential Care so encourage them to continue with their usual routine whilst we take care of any added pressures. This care service is typically tailored to individuals who enjoy living in a grouped environment and are looking for increased social opportunities.

Within our home, our care team consistently monitors residents’ needs using our personalised care plans. If there are any changes or developments in care needs, we communicate this with residents and their families and adjust our documentation to ensure exceptional personalised care every day of the year.

At Osprey Court Care Home, we require a 28-day notice period for residents receiving any of our long-term care types and are looking to move out. Our compassionate team are on hand around the clock to support you with your moving transition and answer any further questions you have.
