Exciting Progress at Osprey Court

This month, our new Home manager Sarah-Jane had the pleasure of visiting Osprey Court at Pitcrocknie Village to check on the progress of our build, and she's absolutely thrilled with how things are coming together. The home is really starting to take shape, and it’s so exciting to finally get a sense of the flow and layout. With luxurious touches planned around every corner, we can already see what a stunning place Osprey Court is going to be.

Walking through the site, we can imagine the life and energy that will soon fill these walls. It’s incredible to see how all the careful planning is turning into reality, and it’s clear that this will be a space where residents and families truly feel at home.

Focusing on the Details

Now that we’re getting into the fine-tuning stage, we’ve been thinking a lot about how we can make the most of each space. Our Cinema Room and Café, in particular, are full of possibilities—not just for our residents but also for the wider community. We can’t wait to see how we can use these areas to bring people together, whether that’s for community events, family celebrations, or just a relaxed catch-up over coffee.

The outdoor spaces are also starting to come to life, and we can already see how they’ll be used. From Gardening Groups to collaborations with local schools and nurseries, there’s so much potential for these areas to become vibrant, shared spaces. We've got big plans to grow our own produce to use in the kitchen, sell locally, or even compete with at fetes and food shows. There’s something so special about bringing people together in this way.

Building Our Dream Team

I’m also delighted to share that recruitment is going brilliantly. We’ve recently appointed a Deputy Manager, and we’ve also welcomed some fantastic Nurses and Care Assistants to the team. They are such a talented group, bringing not only their skills and experience but also their enthusiasm and warmth. It’s been wonderful to start sharing our vision and goals for Osprey Court with them, and they’ll play a huge part in creating the welcoming, supportive community we’re striving for. we’ll be introducing them to you over the coming weeks, and we couldn’t be more excited to have them on board.

Looking Ahead

Every visit to Osprey Court fills us with more anticipation for what’s to come. It’s amazing to see the hard work and dedication of everyone involved, and we're so proud of the progress we’re making. We can’t wait to open our doors and welcome residents and families to what will be a gorgeous home. There’s so much to look forward to, and we can’t wait to share more updates with you soon!
